Shipments:

One of our strengths is to offer excellent service to our customers, always maintaining maximum transparency.

Our times for processing and fulfilling the order vary according to the amount of orders received in the previous days, the average times to produce our customized products range from 6 to 9 working days, once the order has been processed, delivery it will take 8 working days on average.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the shipping details, including the tracking code. Just enter it on the site 17track.net to view the status of your order in real time.

In the event that the order does not arrive on time, it could be that there are delays due to the situation caused by Covid-19. In any case, please contact us by writing an email to infolacasadifido@gmail.com , using the form on the "contact us" page or directly on whatsapp.

There are two types of shipping:

STANDARD FAST (free)

PREMIUM FAST (€ 2.98) + 100% insurance against damage or theft

Both have the same timing of about 10/15 working days what changes is that the Premium insures the package during transport, in case of damage or loss / theft.
